Tenant Association
Due to their ethnic and social background, some GSW tenants require assistance with questions relating to all aspects of their rental contract. For this reason, GSW has established a tenant association for social responsibilities and employs an ombudswoman who acts as a neutral point of contact. For tenants who are temporarily unable to meet their rental obligations, GSW provides its own internal tenant social service and cooperates with external information centres. Tenants in crisis receive a consulting coupon from GSW to help find a joint solution to their problems.
