For over 85 years, GSW has leased, maintained and managed one of Berlin's largest housing portfolios. The company's name stands for experience, stability and a sound financial standing. In order to secure and expand our market position, we are constantly looking for ways to break new ground while at the same time bridging the gap between the concepts of innovation and tradition. We continue to evolve but without abandoning our past achievements. In doing so, our focus is on one thing above all else: the satisfaction of our customers.
