Announcing the sixth edition of the most comprehensive and up-to-date survey of the Berlin market, compiled in cooperation with CB Richard Ellis and GfK Geomarketing. The Housing Market Report identifies trends in the rental, investment and ownership market in the twelve Berlin districts. It is published in conjunction with the "WohnkostenAtlas", which provides information about rent levels, apartment sizes, purchasing power and the impact on the cost of living in 189 Berlin post code areas.
