The 7th Housing Market Report shows trends in the rental, investment and property market in the twelve districts of the city. For the first time, a scoring allows more in-depth insights into the districts. In combination with the HousingCostAtlas that for 189 postcode areas in Berlin provides information on rental rates, apartment sizes, purchasing power and housing costs, this is the most comprehensive recent survey of the Berlin housing market.
